What about the object show collab?
it is currently competing with geometry dash 2.2 and gta 6 for the slowest release date. (but to be honest, procrastination happened but i will get it out before i go to poland for christmas, which will be about a few days or a week before christmas)
edit: AND i'll try to get it out before i reach 500 subs on youtube, but that seems very feasible, considering i've been between 490-498 subs since september, and i dont think one of my old videos is gonna get recommended to everyone by the yt algorithm
